As the technology head and vice president of Harris Bank, she is tasked with managing technology support services for all branches, developing technical solutions, responding to market needs, collaborating with outside vendors and resolving governance, compliance and regulatory issues. Ms. Luczak is exceptionally skilled in program and offshore management, as well as development methodology and business process reengineering. Ms. Luczak received a Master of Science in computer science and artificial intelligence from DePaul University. She is a leadership board member of the College of Computing and Digital Media at DePaul University and became involved in her profession due to her interest in technology. Prior to joining Harris Bank, she worked as a managing director for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Ms. Luczak attributes her success to her strategic planning skills and educational background.
