Ms. Elam has more than 32 years of experience and expertise in information systems security, project management, business capture management, developing the company's value proposition, and responding to client requests for proposals. She has been with Computer Sciences Corporation for the past 18 years, and was honored with a President's Award for the North American Public Sector.

A Project Management Professional and Certified Information Systems Security Professional with formal certifications, Ms. Elam also holds membership to the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association. She earned a Master of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The University of Puerto Rico. In the future, Ms. Elam aspires to become a vice president within the company.
