Ms. Yassini possesses more than two decades of experience in information technology architecture, network infrastructure, business service applications, quality assurance, and the execution of software platform test plans and strategies. As an IT professional, she strives to improve life for society as a whole. She serves as an information technology director and program manager for YAS Capital Partners, an internationally trusted consulting, investment and research firm that specializes in the business of broadband innovations. Ms. Yassini is responsible for creating MIS infrastructures, business and software applications, network opeartion and a built-out of intelligent buildings, developing and managing vendor relations, overseeing business services, and developing budgeting and operation plans for YAS and its portfolio companies. She has played a leadership role with her experience in the due diligence process for funding and incubating start-up companies from seed funding to first round financing. Ms. Yassini has served in this capacity for the past 14 years.

In 1991, Ms. Yassini graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Science in computer science and information systems. To date, the highlight of her career was being responsible for leading the MIS and SQA organization for the industry's first innovator of the cable modem and collaborating in the develpoment of the first cable modem. Ms. Yassini credits her accomplishments to her ability to architect and deploy fast and reliable network infrastructures. Looking toward the future, she intends to focus on program management of the architecture, verification and deployment of large IT infrastructors.
