Ms. Ferrell has amassed 22 years of professional experience, and she now shines as an expert on strategic planning, process streamlining and implementation, team building and leadership for Sub-Zero and Wolf Appliance. She attends director/executive meetings, handles information technology budgets, the service desk, network, server, telecom and network infrastructure, and implements projects. She also oversees staffing for the IT department, including changes and recommendations.

She attributes her success to her outgoing personality, being a people person, and taking time to be detailed with clients. She became involved in her profession because of an opportunity that was presented by a friend. Ms. Ferrell holds a Bachelor's degree in management from Upper Iowa University, and she remains abreast of trends and developments as a board member of the Madison Chapter of the Help Desk Institute. Looking ahead, she plans to obtain a director-level position, and to continue to grow in the industry. She also hopes to obtain a master's degree.
