Serving as the director of client services at Resources Global Professionals, Mr. Terranova has 25 years of field experience and an expertise in economics. In his position as client services director, he is responsible for managing business projects, including the Florida prepaid college fund account. He also oversees finances and supervises 20 consultants. Furthermore, Mr. Terranova provides auditing, risk management and compliance solutions to his clients.

A graduate of the University at Buffalo, Mr. Terranova received a Bachelor of Science in information system management in 1979; he was one of the college's first graduates to major in this area of study. He later completed a ScrumMaster certification in IT development management through Winnow Management. In his spare time, he serves as the vice president of the Tampa Bay chapter of the Professional Management Institute.
