The director of technology transfer at Nestle Purina PetCare Company, Mr. Wells is an expert in bringing new technologies to the market. While overseeing teams utilizing open innovation, he negotiates licensing agreements, builds alliances, and sets up partnerships. Mr. Wells, who possesses a wide-ranging skill set, formerly served as a vice president of sales and marketing for Purina Canada. In addition, he is a director of both the Nestle Research Centre and the Nestle Purina PetCare Product Technology Center.

Mr. Wells is the recipient of a degree in biomedical science, and a Master of Business Administration, from Escuela Superior de Administración y Dirección de Empresas. He retains memberships to the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals and AUTM, and volunteers his services in assisting small companies through various venture capital projects. As he continues to grow within his industry, Mr. Wells hopes to expand his division.
