Hetherington has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career. As Senior Partner of B.A.S.S. Consulting Services, Winston has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Established in 2001, B.A.S.S. Consulting Services is a company which offers advisory and support services for the integrated building automation and intelligent building systems to private sector and government clients. They strongly believe that when Integrated Building Automations Systems are fully enabled, they provide Property Management firms with a reliable and efficient mechanism to optimize energy use and operational savings, while maintaining peak internal environmental quality for building occupants.

Mr. Hetherington is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. He is a Life Member of ASHRAE and a Fellow of BACnet International who has been an active member of the ASHRAE SSPC-135 BACnet Committee. Winston remains active in the BACnet community through the BACnet International Organization which oversees the future developments for the BACnet Protocol. He also served as Technical Manager for the Canadian Automated Building Protocol development which was a Government of Canada initiative, published in 1994.
