As Lead Service Desk Computer Technician with Blue Shield of California for the past 14 years, Liana has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Established in 1939, Blue Shield of California is a not-for-profit health plan which serves over 3.4 million health plan members and nearly 65,000 physicians across California. In 2002, they became the first health insurer in the country to propose a specific plan for universal health coverage. Liana is responsible for all information technology duties. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. In the time away from her busy schedule, Liana greatly enjoys cross stitching and reading.
