A 15-year veteran in the field of business analysis, Karen L. Carlson now approaches her fifth anniversary as a Business Consultant for CNO Services, LLC, an insurance company offering life, annuity and health benefits. Ms. Carlson, who is distinguished as a talented people person and a skilled mediator, notes that she initially delved into her profession after graduating from Brownsburg High School in 1974. In 1992, she became a certified customer service associate through the Life Office Management Association; in 2009, she became a certified health insurance associate through America's Health Insurance Plans.

Today, Ms. Carlson acts as a liaison between the information technology and business departments at CNO. Knowledgeable about her craft, she will seek to continue to grow alongside her company in the years to come.
