Carolyn A. Keever Honored by Cambridge Who's Who
Prior to her retirement, Carolyn A. Keever led a successful career in IT support services and military leadership

MILAN, IL, August 25, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Carolyn A. Keever, retired Computer Specialist formerly of Rock Island Arsenal, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in IT support services.

Named Cambridge Publishing's Professional of the Year in IT Support Services for 2010, Carolyn A. Keever is hereby recognized for over 50 years of dedication to her chosen field of practice. Prior to her retirement, she lent 13 years as a Computer Specialist at Rock Island Arsenal, where she drew upon her computer expertise to manage computer support services, lead schools demonstrations and perform an array of charitable and community works as a representative of the government logistics and weapons organization (in support of the Armed Forces).

During her prodigious career, Ms. Keever also served in the United States Air Force from 1959 to 1963 and led a successful tenure with the International Harvester Company. Today, she remains active in her community as an artist and philanthropist. She currently serves as the only woman in the Honor Guard and has been appointed presidency of The American Legion. She also maintains affiliation with Rebekah Home Association, Inc. and Order of the Eastern Star, as well as lends her support to Defenders of Wildlife and the Wildlife Conservation Club.

Ms. Keever has been the recipient of several honors over the years, recognized with several suggestion and departmental awards by Rock Island Arsenal as well as the Airman of the Month Award by the U.S. Air Force. For her success in each of her professional and personal endeavors, she credits her positive upbringing, educational background and ability to set and achieve goals.

Ms. Keever dedicates her professional honor to her son, Curtis.
