As an IT manager of Chrysler Group LLC., Gerald R. Karasinski Jr. is responsible for working with business clients to develop computer applications for sales and marketing purposes. He became involved in his profession because of the inspiration he received from his father, who started working in data processing in 1960. He attributes his success to his attention to detail and his ability to visualize clients' needs intuitively.

Mr. Karasinski received his MBA in Quality and Operating Management from Madonna University in 2001 and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University in 1983. He is a technical inspector and a pit lane official for the Grand American Road Racing Association.
