Waters, President of Waters Consulting, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in information systems and business administration, implementation, process improvement and customer relationship management.

Mr. Waters is a dedicated and honest communicator with a background in a blend of information technology, functional process improvement, operations management, and systems implementation. Before establishing Waters Consulting, he worked for Glaxo Wellcome, McKesson HBOC, where he received an award for cost efficiency in outpatient pharmacy technologies, MedSolutions and CIGNA HealthCare, where he trained a group of more than 30 individuals on effective pended claims processing in the Philippines. Currently he heads a consulting firm that provides expert advice on computer system upgrades or new components, new system recommendations and computer revitalization. He attributes his success to his work ethic, integrity, determination and the support he received from his father.

Mr. Waters received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC in 1994 and earned Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in 2005. He is a member of the Franklin Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association and a board member for his Homeowners Association, where he serves as Treasurer. He is a recipient of Vice President Al Gore's Hammer Award, which is presented to teams that have made significant contributions to support National Performance Review principles that put customers first, cut red tape, empower employees and get back to basics. In his spare time, he is active at his local church, Christ Community Church.
