The company was originally established in 1996 as a specialist ITIL Recruitment Agency. Since that time they have developed their business into being a provider of comprehensive ITIL Human Resource Services and Information to multi-national Blue Chip companies. Prior to his IT career, he had a successful RAF career where he gained a vast amount of experience and skills in the management, technical and planning needed to maintain and operate large fleets of aircraft.

Mr. Murray is a member of the British Institute, the British Computer Society and the Institute of Management. He is an enormous fan of music and sports.
