Utilizing her expertise in information technology, she manages client relationships and services, and supervises staff members. Prior to attaining her current role, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 20 years.

Ms. Jacoby received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in 1984.
