The ODS Companies Selects Archive Systems for Records Management Services and Virtual File Delivery
Company Begins the Transition from Paper to Online Documents.

PORTLAND, OR, May 13, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Archive Systems, a leading provider of document management services, today announced an agreement with The ODS Companies, a Portland-based health insurance company, to provide business records storage and Virtual File Delivery services. Virtual File Delivery enables documents to be delivered through the Web instead of by manual delivery.

ODS is storing medical and dental insurance related documents at Archive Systems' Portland location. The new facility was awarded the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification. LEED is an internationally recognized certification system that measures a building or community's performance across all environmental metrics including energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.

ODS uses Archive Systems' Virtual Records Center (VRC), a powerful solution that brings the Records Center online. The VRC provides complete access to Archive Systems' full range of records management services, including business records storage, Virtual File Delivery, secure document shredding, and offsite data storage.
