Ivan F. Lichty Had 33 Years of IT Experience with Unisys

DOWNINGTOWN, PA, November 6, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ivan F. Lichty, who retired as a Program Manager from Unisys, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in information technology.

Mr. Lichty enjoyed a fruitful 33-year career at Unisys. During his time with the IT giant, he was responsible for managing finances, scheduling and supervising engineers, conducting meetings with project leaders, and implementing changes and new ideas. Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Lichty taught at a radar school and worked in a ship, where he first honed his skills in electrical engineering. He attributes his success to the inspiration that he received from his father.

Mr. Lichty is a graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree in 1952 and Drexel University with a Master of Business Administration in 1962. He is affiliated with AAA and Who's Who in the United Methodist Church. He volunteers with The Masonic Order and his local church and retirement center.
