Firm Rises On Triangle Business Journal's List

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC, June 17, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- WorkSmart, a leading provider of Information Technology services and solutions in North Carolina, has announced that the company has been ranked sixth among IT networking firms in the Raleigh-Durham-Cary area by Triangle Business Journal. They were ranked seventh in 2008.

Based on networking revenues, the ranking reflects WorkSmart's steady growth. The firm recently completed the acquisition of Charlotte-based Carolina Technology Solutions, giving the company a larger presence in the Queen city region.

WorkSmart serves over 200 business, non-profit and government agency clients throughout thirteen states on the east coast. They were ranked 24th in the top 100 small businesses in North Carolina by Business Leader magazine in 2007, based on revenue growth, years in business, employee growth, business achievement and community involvement. The company has also been named to the INC 5000 list in 2007 and 2008, based on percentage growth in company net sales over a four-year period.
