In 2007, he became the director of information technology and infrastructure for PROMETRIKA, LLC, a contract research organization that provides services in clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, medical writing, and regulatory submissions for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. His responsibilities include planning strategies and maintaining and upgrading information technology and infrastructure for the organization. Mr. Ferragamo takes pride in having raised the company's IT environment to the next level as well as providing overall cost savings by implementing automation and efficiencies to the enterprise. He attributes his success to his initiative, organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as to the support he received from the company's founders.
