Michell C. Clark Honored by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Capital Planning
Mr. Michell served 20 years in the U.S. Army.
WASHINGTON, DC, February 5, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michell C. Clark, Deputy Director of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of capital planning.
Mr. Clark has an impressive background of more than 30 years of professional experience in finance. He will shortly join the Board as deputy director, responsible for human resources, law enforcement, and IT. His most recent position was assistant secretary for management at the Department of Education where he was chief human capital officer, chief privacy officer, and chief FOIA officer. He joined the Department of Education in 2003 and also served as chief information officer and director of security. Before that he worked for IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Michell served 20 years in the U.S. Army and holds a Bachelor of Science from the United State Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science from the School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University.
