4mation specialise in developing bespoke software, complex databases and web-based solutions for its customers. The company recently completed a project for a local surveyors/estate agent which allows them to manage their properties and valuations and book appointments via a web-enabled system. The system also automates reminders, generates reports and provides a good overview of their business activities at any moment in time.

It enabled us to identify our strengths and weaknesses and reinforced that our current procedures were largely correct. It enabled us to gain a better understanding of our customer requirements and to view our services from their standpoint. Not only would certification be beneficial to us as a business, but our customers would also receive an even better level of service and one that they can trust even more.
