HERMITAGE, TN, January 28, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Barbara Lyman, Senior Computer Consultant, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of information technology.

With an impressive background that spans 41 years of professional experience, 11 of which have been in her current position, Ms. Lyman's expertise lies in consulting. As a senior computer consultant, she has been responsible for maintaining PeopleSoft, creating enhancements to streamline processing, programming mainframes, installing software, troubleshooting, and designing systems. She has held prior positions at, but not limited to, Fisher-James Co., Inc., the New England Division of the Maramont Corp., Woodland Mutual Insurance, the National Lumberman's Bank, Borgess Medical Hospital, SCB Computer Technology, Nashville Electric Service, and Surrex Solutions.

Currently pursuing a Master's Degree, Ms. Lyman received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Data Processing from Nazareth College in 1985. She is a certified Peoplesoft Technical Pro and a member of the Association for Computing Machinery. A recipient of the Piece of the Puzzle Award, Ms. Lyman is a supporter of the Lutheran World Relief and Give Kids the World.
