Ms. Endicott-Sullivan is a recipient of multiple Special Performance Awards and Outstanding Performance Awards.

SILVER SPRING, MD, September 28, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ --Sylvia Endicott-Sullivan, Deputy Program Manager of Veterans Affairs, Health Information Technology Sharing Program, Federal Health Information Exchange, Bidirectional Health Information Exchange, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of information technology.

With an extensive background of more than 27 years of professional experience, Ms. Endicott-Sullivan specializes in program and project management and is responsible for managing clinical information technology projects, transferring data and developing technical solutions. Ms. Endicott-Sullivan is a recipient of multiple Special Performance Awards and Outstanding Performance Awards; she attributes her success to hard work, determination and to the support she receives from her husband, parents, friends and colleagues.

Ms. Endicott-Sullivan received her Master's Degree in Project Management from George Washington University in 2004 and her Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Doane College in 1997. She volunteers with local charities and is affiliated with the Project Management Institute; Healthcare Information and Management Society; American College of Health Executives; National Healthcare Information Network; The Association of Military Surgeons and is Leading Knight Elks Lodge 994. Ms. Endicott-Sullivan hopes to continue growing professionally in the future.

Ms. Endicott-Sullivan's initial employment with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, began out of necessity for employment; however her decision to stay and make this a career grew from a desire to make a contribution in the fulfillment of the mission and commitment of the organization.

When asked about her success, Ms. Endicott-Sullivan indicates her work with Veterans Health Administration has offered her multiple opportunities to participate in projects that have a direct impact on our ability to meet the healthcare and benefit needs of the nation's 25 million living veterans.
