Mr. Erickson has an extensive International Business and IT Consulting background spanning 25 years including roles as Managing Director in Japan, having delivered revenues of USD $150 million annually while increasing sales turnover 115% and net profit by 181%. He also headed Operations for the Asia-Pacific region improving productivity by 200%. In his current role as Senior Vice President, he is responsible for the Southwest region. Mr. Erickson's focus on long-term customer relationships, metric-driven performance and practical leadership provide the balance needed for excellence in the IT Services industry.

Fluent in Japanese, Mr. Erickson holds Masters Degrees from Boston University (MBA) and the University of Washington (MA - China Studies) as well as a Bachelors' degree in Japanese from Brigham Young University.

His prior experience as an Air Force officer in Europe as well as International roles in Asia for Nortel Networks, Dell Computer and The Adecco Group provided the foundations for disciplined and customer-driven performance within global settings and markets.

Mr. Erickson recently returned to the United States and resides in suburban Salt Lake City, Utah with his spouse of 29 years. His immediate family includes three grown children.

Professional affiliations and interests include The Management Society at Brigham Young University; The Boy Scouts of America, and extensive community service as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
